Here We Go

Here's the deal. We want to sell our house. It's great, but we are moving for a job. So I'm going to post a bunch of pictures here, because when we have looked at houses, there are never enough pictures. Here are the basic details: The address is 406 Bella Lane (North Canon City, between the hogbacks and North 5th St). Bella Lane is right up to the hogbacks, and this cul-de-sac is super friendly and very quiet. Deer can sometimes be seen, and the summer and winter stars are simply amazing from the huge backyard.


It's a 1584 square-foot, 3 bedroom, 1-3/4 bath (meaning the master bedroom has a huge shower where a bathtub could be).  The large living room, den, and spacious kitchen have lots of area for comfortable living. The laundry room off the kitchen has space for a big freezer, craft area, or folding table. The master and other bedrooms have large closets with built-in shelving organizers.

There's a great backyard with a shed and a playhouse. The yard is a good mix of rock and lush grass, flowers and trees.
